The Spendor S5e is the ideal solution for everyone who demands superb sound from an extremely compact discrete floor standing loudspeaker. The S5e has two individual 140mm Spendor drive units. One driver handles the delicate midrange and upper bass. The second bass unit handles the very low frequencies and it is engineered to match the 3D linear flow reflex port. The result is a
small loudspeaker which delivers convincing punch and weight and a surprisingly ‘big’ sound. The Spendor S5e has excellent efficiency and an easy to drive load so you don’t need a big
powerful amplifier. With our linear flow reflex technology you can even place the cabinet very close to a rear wall and the bass will remain clean and controlled.

The Spendor S8e is based entirely on modern technology. It has an 8inch (210mm) plastic coned bass-midrange driver with an exceptionally smooth extended response. The large cone radiating area and freedom from resonance and breakup (thanks to our new ep38 polymer cone and high damping synthetic rubber surround) delivers a brilliantly detailed and vibrant sound. 3D linear flow reflex loading gives the bass real authority and depth, even when the cabinet is located close to a wall. With multi-channel music or film recordings the centre 'dialogue' channel is your primary sound source. Second best will not do. The Spendor SR5 is designed for on-wall installation. The slim cabinet is profiled and dimensioned to integrate with a specially developed Spendor 140mm bass-midrange drive unit. The driver has a large powerful motor-magnet system and very low Qe. As a result the SR5 has an optimally flat and correctly dampedfrequency response. The response is also exceptionally smooth and well-maintained off-axis, very important for surround sound applications especially when the loudspeakers are not at ear height. The SR5 creates a wide deep sound field that allows great flexibility when planning the layout of rooms and seating. Each SR5 is supplied with an adjustable stainless steel bracket. To guarantee consistent sound the bracket incorporates two nonresonant polymer damping rings to control the flow of energy from the cabinet to the wall. The Spendor SR5 is ideal for 2, 5 or 7 channel loudspeaker systems and a diversity of high performance multiroom and multimedia applications. It is the perfect surround sound loudspeaker for combination with other Spendor ‘S’ series loudspeakers.

Extremely compact, with high power handling and a natural sound that belies its size, the Spendor SP3/1P draws together some of the most advanced features of previous Spendor designs resulting in a compact, high quality monitor loudspeaker. Loudspeakers of this size normally have difficulty in delivering a consistent sound across the frequency range, adding unnecessary colouration and dynamic inequalities to the stereo image. Not so the Spendor SP3/1P.
